✨ Auto-Insert AI Replies & Custom Forms

Plus: Stability improvements to keep you in the flow

Hey everyone,

Sometimes the best features are the ones that make you go "finally!" This week, we're shipping two game-changers that'll streamline your workflow and a bunch of stability fixes because crashing is not part of the plan.

🎯 The Insert Quick Action

Remember copy-pasting AI responses? That's so last week.

The new Insert Quick Action takes your assistant's last reply and drops it straight into whatever app you're using automatically. No copy, no paste, no shortcuts.

Here's a magic example workflow you can create by customizing the built-in “Correct grammar” action with the quick “Insert” action:

  1. Highlight text you want corrected

  2. Hit your global keyboard shortcut

  3. Watch it get replaced with the corrected version

  4. See exactly what changed

Perfect for grammar corrections, rewrites, or any text transformation that needs to land exactly where you're working.

🎨 Visual Form Builder

No more YAML wrestling! Many of you asked how to add custom options to actions without diving into config files like we did for the built-in “Mail Draft Reply” or “Change Tone” action.

Now you can build interactive forms right in the Action Editor:

  • Radio buttons or dropdowns for selections

  • Text inputs for free entries

  • Drag-and-drop these inputs to be used as variables in your prompts

Want a "Change Tone" action with your own mood options? Just duplicate the built-in one and customize away. The form builder makes it visual and intuitive.

🔧 Stability First

Most of our week went into fixing crashes that were disrupting your flow. Because the best AI assistant is one that's actually running when you need it.

If you're still hitting issues, please send us crash reports - stability is always our top priority.

How to Get Started

  1. For Insert: Create or Duplicate any action → Go to Advanced → Set exit action to "Insert" → Assign global shortcut (optional)

  2. For Forms: Create or Duplicate any action → Add parameters → Drag variables into prompts (user or system)
