TL;DR: Your feedback shaped a big Meeting Recording update - with time-stamps, speaker tags, one-click audio navigation and lots of bug fixes!

New Features:

    • Quick navigation through your content

    • Clear speaker attribution for each dialogue entry

  3. Seamless Audio Integration

    • One-click access to specific moments in recordings

💡 Cool Things You Can Do Now:

  1. Meeting statistics

    • You can ask about speaking time or how long you spend on specific topics.

  2. Quote verification

    • Quickly locate and verify exact statements from participants.

  3. The Late Entry Hall of Fame

    • Keep a leaderboard of who makes the most dramatic "Sorry I'm late" entrances (please don’t do this)

🎯 Pro Tips From the Community:

  • Always get recording consent

  • Introduce yourself and ask others to do the same, so we can do speaker identification easily :)

  • For casual meetings, just greet each other by name (e.g., "Hello Sam"), and the person answering will be identified as Sam.

  • Access your recordings:

    • Using @ (context) and scrolling down to the transcript section

    • In ~/Library/Application Support/Alter/Transcript
